A simple test of the strength, mobility and health of your hips, knees and ankles...
Hold this for 2 minutes:
Sit ALL the way down until the back of you legs touches the back of your legs. Drive your knees out, inline with your toes at a minimum. Keep your heels down, your feet flat and distribute your weight evenly on them. Bonus points if you can keep your torso upright and your spine extended.
