Our Steel Shingles

Our steel shingles have the toughness and long–lasting qualities of high strength steel roofing panels, yet have been designed as a beautiful alternative to traditional asphalt shingles. Additionally, our shingles come with a Lifetime (50 Year Transferable) Warranty, so will likely be the last roof you will EVER need to install!

Our shingles are manufactured using an HYLAR 5000® (also known as PVDF) Durapon 70 premium coating system, as illustrated in the “Layer System Process” diagram below. This high–tech coating is designed to reflect the sun’s rays so that your roof stays cooler in the warm weather, which keeps your home cooler, saving you money.

Our shingles are available in either the Ironwood Shake style – reminiscent of authentic cedar shakes or the IronStone Slate style – inspired by the look of old-style slate (see available colors). They were designed to match with today’s popular residential construction cladding materials and will increase both the exterior appearance and value of your home.

Recyclable & Energy Efficient Roofing

Developed utilizing the latest technology, our steel shingles are environmentally safe, yet they are strong and resistant to the elements. Since our shingles are manufactured from both new and recycled content (approx. 60%) and are entirely recyclable (unlike used asphalt shingles, which continually pile up in our landfills), they are an excellent choice for green roofing.

Our steel shingles are coated with a superior performance HYLAR 5000® finish that maximizes color retention with excellent UV protection. They are available in a range of standard colors, all of which meet the U.S. ENERGY STAR® roof product guidelines.
