At Sarah's Doggie Day Spaw I strive to provide my furry clients with a relaxing and fun day of pampering at the spaw! You furry family member will leave looking, smelling and most importantly, feeling like a new dog! I provide a full range of grooming services for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages. While I do generally run a cage free environment kennels are available for those dogs who prefer a more personal day of relaxation. I have been professionally grooming in Muskoka since 2006 and have enjoyed every single minute!

Offering everything from nail trims to full spaw grooms, I strive to give the dog a look you, the owner, is looking for and something that works best for the dogs breed and lifestyle.

About Me
My name is Sarah MacAleese (formerly Sarah Wheeler). I have been working with dogs for as long as i can remember, be it at the Muskoka O.S.P.C.A. or at Centennial Animal hospital and professionally grooming dogs here in Muskoka since 2006. I started my grooming career out at "Gravenhurst Veterinary Services" at the train station here in Gravenhurst and also worked for a couple years at "Muskoka Spaw for Pets" on Muskoka Beach Road in Bracebridge. I am ecstatic to be out on my own now, I truly couldn't be happier, grooming and working with dogs has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember and I am so lucky to be able to do this as a career. I have worked on dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages and temperaments. Some dogs are very easy going and let me do anything while others require more time and more patience. I am willing to try and work with anyone, after all every dog deserved to look and feel fabulous!
I was happily married to my husband Brad MacAleese on March 6, 2010 and we had our first beautiful son Myles on December 29, 2011. We just welcomed our second son into our lives August 17 2014. We are also parents to two small dogs, a 8 year old long-haired chihuahua, Bridgit, and an approximately 7 year old short haired chihuahua whom we just recently adopted from the Muskoka O.S.P.C.A., Tucker, as well as 3 cats (all adopted) Faith, Phoebe and Fiona and 2 budgies, Tim and Tony.
I groom out of my house on Winhara Road conveniently located between Bracebridge and Gravenhurst and so far it is working out very well!
