Katalyst Brewing is located in the historic Granary Building (13D Taylor Road) in downtown Bracebridge, near the intersection of Taylor Rd and Manitoba St. Once home to Muskoka Brewing from 1994 to 2012, Katalyst is once again bringing beer back to this historic landmark, occupying 2,500 of the 20,000 square feet.  We are brewing on a 10hl (1000 litre) system into 6 fermenters and the space includes a tap room to enjoy beverages in house and a bottle shop to take beer to go. The building is also shared with several other business and restaurants including Sully’s Muskoka. Come by and say hi, and see what we have brewing!
