I had been to this salon a few weeks ago and left feeling a wee bit disappointed. The salon called and offered a refresh to hopefully have me feel satisfied, well that they did!! Natalia is so kind and very good at listening and offering such good advice on styles. I’m so glad I went back. Natalia I say thank you!
I've been wearing a hat for the last 3 weeks and Hairquarters fixed that! Katie was sensational. Cutting very short hair can be tricky and she was fantastic. The whole space is so welcoming , clean and filled with happy people. Jess is such a great cheerleader for this location. I've been receiving compliments all day about my haircut.
Since moving back to Bracebridge in 21 I enjoy the pleasant staff and great care of my hands and feet every month. A wonderful way to relax for 2 hours.
Lenea (sp)? gave me a wonderful manicure and pedicure yesterday. I have Dupetrans Contracture in both hands making it very difficult to manicure my nails and dry the polish. Lenea was very kind, patient and worked out a process for drying my nails. Obviously, it took her extra time to complete the manicure. I have been a customer of Lenea's for 9 years. My wife went to this hairdresser for high lights in her hair. $ 125 dollars. Two days later over the thanksgiving weekend she asked a dozen people about the results. They all agreed there was no noticeable high lights. She called the owner and was told they don't do refunds. They offered to do it again. Why would anyone go back when they don't know how to do it the first time? She told the owner she was going to put a review on line, the owner told her " don't threaten me ".
was in to get my hair cut and styled and i was so happy with it before starting my hair we did a consultation and did not rush me.she took the time to care of what i was looking for seince my hair is so find.excellent job theresa ill be back. thanks again.
My husband bought me a gift certificate as a birthday gift last week, however when I phoned they don't have a massage therapist and don't know when they will have one! Why would you sell a service that you can't provide? If you can't provide me with a massage you should refund my money, which you refused to do. Very poor quality of service and you can be assured I will make sure we don't patronize your services again.
So Sorry for the misunderstanding, we apologize that we initially couldn't accomadate for the massage treatment. We have offered massage service since 2002 and continue to provide the service. However, the RMT will be beginning her Maternity leave next week and she has been trying to accomadate those on the waitlist. That is why we always suggest our clients to go on the waitlist in case something opens up. Fortunately, we were able to make arrangements and fit you in before her leave. We are in the process of hiring another RMT to fill her maternity leave. Unfortunately, at the time of your call, we were still waiting for confirmation from them. Again, we apologize, we do hope that you will continue your services with us as you have in the past.
