TIPS: 1. To make your furnace work more efficiently and save your heating dollars "make sure you replace the  furnace filter at least once every 3 months" This will help make your indoor air healthier and possibly add time to the life of your furnace.

2. Clear away snow that might be accumulating around and possibly over your furnace venting. Restricted air flow  can be harmfull even dangerous. If in doubt give us a call.

3. Lastly it is a good investment to have your  natural gas or propane furnace or fireplace checked by a  licenced  professional HVAC technician on a regular basis.  It s not expensive and can give you peace of mind.....AND some Insurance companies are now starting to requst proof that your equipment has been checked,  tested and cleaned.  Happy 2015 from the staff at FRC.
