Half way through the winter. Lots of good snowshoeing and skiing left. Receiving many inquiries for spring and summer stays; summer is over 90% booked however there are still cottages available most July/Aug weeks, lots of space for spring at the moment. Spring break will be here soon and often a great time to enjoy warmer temps with snow on the ground.

An early start to winter with tons of snow in November. Our snowshoe trails are open and we have been seeing lots of wildlife. Come and visit us this winter and experience the feeling of "no pressure" and enjoy relaxing in one of the quietest places in Muskoka. The sauna is ready and the fireplace is lit. The views are that bad either!

Foxwood is gearing up for the spring and summer seasons. Winter is over, our boats are in the water, our nature trails are green-ing up and we have already had our first swim in the lake....for now, the water is still a bit cold for most, but wait another few weeks and it should be great!

Spring is here and summer is not far away. Looking forward to another great summer. Foxwood is a perfect place to re-energize, to unplug and enjoy quiet and relaxation. There are still a few summer weeks available for family getaways. Lake of Bays is pristine and there is little in the way of boat traffic on the water. Come and join us!

It’s been the best winter ever. Lots of snow, sun and crisp, clean air. Our snowshoe trails are amazing for experiencing the outdoors...you can go "wild" at Foxwood; see deer, wild turkeys, maybe hear a wolf howl off in the distance and then really let things loose by settling into a comfy chair next to the fire with a hot toddy and good book in hand. Let the stress of life in the city suffer!
