Spring openings

Every Spring we will arrange with you and Mother Nature to have your cottage opened. We will get your water running, replace any filtering equipment that requires servicing. We will also set up your appliances, hot tub, indoor/outdoor furniture, and any other things you may want done can be arranged. Our Spring openings give you peace of mind and more time to enjoy your cottage. When you arrive at your cottage, you will find that everything you asked for has been accomplished and all you have to do is feed the kids and relax on the dock.

Fall closings

Every Fall we will arrange with you and mother Nature to have your cottage closed and ready for winter. We will drain your entire plumbing, put away all appliances, drain and clean the hot tub, put indoor/outdoor furniture away, setup bubblers to protect your dock, and anything else that you may require such as cleaning out the eavestroughs before Winter sets in. Our Fall closings give you more time to spend at the cottage and the peace of mind knowing that everything is being taken care of by professionals.

Winter maintenance

Our Winter maintenance offers you the peace of mind that your cottage is been looked after even when you can’t be there. We will stop by your property on a regular basis to inspect for snow loads on your roof, check the property for any signs of activity such as footprints, enter the cottage and inspect for damage caused by break and enter and broken windows. We will also check the bubblers, and anything else you need checked.

Plumbing services

With a full-time licensed plumber, we can work on any plumbing projects you may have. Whether you have no hot water, need a new water filtration system or have an unfinished project you want completed, we can do it all. We offer 24 hour emergency plumbing services so you can count on us when you really need us.

Property management

Do you have people coming and going from your cottage? Don’t want to wait for the Bell technician to come by sometime between 12-5pm? We can be there instead of you to let anyone in or out of your cottage. If you’re having a major renovation or work being done to you property, we can act as your liaison, keeping you informed about what’s happening with your project and provide progress reports. With our property inspection service, we will go to your cottage on a random but regular basis to check for signs of break and entry, vandalism, and property damage that may have been caused by that pesky little beaver that’s always trying to cut down your trees.
