Enjoy a taste of homemade fettuccine pasta & vegetarian sauce (made with peppers and zucchini) & angle hair pasta with pesto sauce w/blistered tomatoes.
Class includes a pasta demo with some hands on class participation. Linda will demo the sauce (sugo) and offer tips and tricks.
Appetizer - Spinach/ricotta Gnudi (Gnocchi made without potatoes) & Red Pepper Sauce.
Finish your meal with coffee, custard & Almond/Anise Seed Biscotti.
