Emily Kocsis will be joining us from RVH for the lunch and learn March 23rd "Salmon, Kale, & Apple Quinoa Toss cooking class. She will be doing a short educational presentation during the last 15min of the demo which will be included in this class at no extra charge. Emily is coordinating the Colorectal Health Promotion/Healthy Eating program for the month of March and asked us to be a part of their schedule of events.
