Very happy with the recent purchase of a firepit and the purchasing assistance over the telephone leading up to same. The staff were exceptional on the day of picking up the 'pit', all hands on deck ensuring it was loaded into my pick up truck. Footnote: a bulldog friendly business to boot!

we have done three purchases with your company. first was a fire pit which is beautiful and quality of work was amazing. Then purchased 1 light fixture for our kitchen table, love the uniqueness of the product. third purchase was two pendant lights, our electrician questioned the safety approvals as there were no stickers on the merchandise and the quality of the product was cheap. I followed up with email asking for safety certificate. three months later and still waiting for certificate to confirm safety requirements are met. additional the product is so cheaply made that pendant lights cannot hang level. I spent over $300 on this purchase that I cannot use. customer service has been terrible.

We just purchased some leather furniture from Blue Ocean Lighthouse. The furniture is beautiful but the service is what we will go back for. Working with Eliz, Pascal and Tiffany was great, and we can't thank them enough for such a wonderful experience.
