SINCE 1991, BROTHERS BERT AND PATRICK BONGERS have worked with clients throughout Ontario, the U.S. and abroad. Initially, we focused solely on cedar log homes but the move to more contemporary projects was made soon after. Our experience primarily as a Muskoka builder, yet working across long distances, designing and exporting home packages, resulted in the development of two key advantages for any prospective home owner.
FIRST, WE CREATED A HOME DESIGN PROCESS that is effective even when face-to-face meetings are not always practical. We lead you from concept or architectural design through to space planning and interior design. Utilizing both computer design tools and conversation, we weigh various design options, until you find the features that most appeal to you. We ‘play’ with these options until we get you to a place of confidence that your new home design is the right one for you and your family.
FINALLY, THIS INFORMATION CAN BE USED to solicit project management and construction bids allowing you to compare and ultimately select the best project management team. As a Muskoka builder, and throughout Haliburton and Georgian Bay regions, CedarCoast Timber Homes offers turn-key construction management services. This allows you the opportunity to work with one company from the initial design, all the way through to move-in. Alternatively, we can manufacture your timber frame or log package and work with your builder in any region globally.
