Davlin-The Awning Factory was originally founded in Bracebridge in 1987, first offering retractable and custom designed awnings. We represent major Canadian manufactures with our quality products displayed in our show room. Customer demand prompted us to significantly expand our offerings to include Weather Master 3 season windows and modular sunrooms, and exterior vinyl sunroom window coverings.  We have a modern custom sewing room specializing in outdoor furniture cushions and awning canopies.  We introduced our High Tech Boat Awning Systems that includes Cantilevered Boat awnings in 10’ and 11’ wide projections , dock slip covers that can covers slips up to 40’ wide and off-the-wall custom designs for boathouses.

Davlin is the premiere choice for lasting quality and durability in boat and dock coverings and has grown to be the largest distributor of awnings north of Barrie. Customizing its operations to the needs of our customers is part of the reason Davlin has received many awards and certificates of excellence which are proudly displayed in our showroom.

We have a line of over 30 different styles of Aluminium maintenance free Railing systems. From the simple picket style to topless tempered glass style to custom designed railing with a wide colour range. Some offering a LIFE TIME warranty.

David Spearn

David Spearn is a factory-trained (in Germany), Sewing Machine technician involved in the development and manufacturing of all sewn textile goods.  David has owned and operated his own business since 1990. David relocated to Muskoka in 2001 and reopened his business under the Davlin name.  David has developed and designed several products that are only available through Davlin

Linda Spearn

Linda is a professional seamstress, with complete business and design training.
Linda completed and received her Diploma in Interior Design in 2005.  

Linda has been involved in the Awning Business since 1994 and has designed cushions for all major chair manufactures in the Muskoka area. Linda specializes in making the custom item to meet your requirements
