Sunday 13th of May is Mother's Day....
Why not celebrate that special woman in your life; wife, sister, mother, aunt, daughter, grandmother, teacher, mentor... by bringing her to a delicious gentle, slow and relaxing yoga class.
Our teachers will be there to offer personal adjustments and soothing neck and back massages during restorative poses.
Alicia Van Lankveld will be offering samples from her juice bar JAR BAR (opening in the Clock Tower, Bracebridge)
