Join us for our first ever Car Boot Sale!
What is a Car Boot Sale? Essentially, it is a community garage sale done out the back of people’s cars.
Logistics:
Date: May 03rd, 2025 – We have a rain date booked for the following weekend should the weather be prohibitive (May 10th, 2025).
Time: The event runs between 9: a.m. and 12:00 p.m. – Registered vehicles, and vendors are required to arrive by 8:00 a.m. No vehicle will be permitted to leave the cordoned off area until the end of the event for pedestrian safety.
Location: Huntsville High School Parking Lot. We have rented the entire parking lot at the front of the school. The portion directly in front of the school entrance will be cordoned off for registered vehicles and vendors. All other vehicles will be directed to park in the lots to the left and right of the school.
What can we sell: Anything that you would typically see at a neighbourhood garage sale is fair game. We also encourage small home industries and businesses to take the opportunity to make some sweet sales.
How much does it cost to participate: The cost for a regular vehicle is $20 plus 10% of your total sales. If you would like to bring a trailer, and will need extra parking space, then the registration will be $40 plus 10% of total sales.
Remember to bring CASH!!! (Just like a neighbourhood garage sale ??)
