Erika's Bakery - Baked fresh! Simply the best!
We find our bakery to be more of a traditional bakery featuring all hand made baked goods daily. Come in and try our yummy cookies, pies, cakes, and the best butter tarts in Muskoka! We also bake a wide variety of your favourite squares, from date squares, brownies (nut free), lemon squares, Muskoka Road Bars, Chocolate & Butterscotch Confetti Squares, Nanaimo Bars, Macaroon Madness Squares, and much more.
We do a number of different specialty items for those special occasions like Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter etc. We also do a variety of trays of goodies for events that will please many different types of taste buds. We can also help cater events which need tea, coffee, sandwiches, soups, cold plates, and of course to finish the event with some goodies to make the sweet memories in your life last forever.

We have something for everyone in our gift shop. We carry items to make your vacation fun, memorable and offer some home comforts for all ages. Handcrafted furniture, games, toys, baby items, cottage must-haves, and more! We are also proud to offer local Muskoka Coffee and artisan treats like maple syrup, outstanding barbecue sauces and preserves.
About Erika's
Erika Grainger, baked her way out of her old location on Hwy 35 in Dwight, Erika’s Wildflour Bake Shoppe, beside the liquor store. It became obvious that she needed to have more room as the business grew. The previous Dwight Coffee Shop presented a great opportunity. Erika’s business to flourish. The Coffee Shop business complimented Erika’s natural talent for baking and the two businesses became one
Tanya Grainger (Erika’s sister) owned Baby Steps in Huntsville and Kathy Groh, owned and operated Muskoka Country Furniture on Main Street. Baby Steps was in the back half of the store where Muskoka Country Furniture occupied the front half. As the lease became due on that building the two ladies decided to merge their business and move on in with Erika’s. This was a huge decision for Kathy Groh as she has been on the Main Street of Huntsville for 18 years. However, discussion at great length brought everything together under one roof with each of us contributing and bringing different talents and experience to this one great business.
Simone Grainger, mother of Erika & Tanya proudly works side by side with her girls. We are excited to serve you in whatever capacity is necessary and needed. You can even order that pizza to take home for supper.
